We work with teachers and schools to instill the value of money in students at a young age. The Council For Economic Education published nationwide financial literacy standards for grades K-12. Colorado has adopted these, and created state-wide standards called Personal Financial Literacy (PFL) standards. The problem is that teachers do not have many resources available to them when teaching this subject, which forces them to create their own curriculum. Mini Money Management is a curriculum based program that gives the teachers the tools and support to be able to meet these PFL standards in their classrooms. MMM also gives students a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage their finances, while helping teachers have greater control over their classrooms.
